Slug
I was having trouble waking up this morning, just feeling so tired and sluggish. My twins were cuddling up with me and fighting over who was cuddling closer to me and fighting over who's arm got to be on top and fighting over who had gotten up first - you get the idea.
In a huge effort to get up, I curled up on my hands and knees, but still couldn't find the energy to actually get up. It was cold too. A. climbed up on my back and curled up there. She said, "we're a snail." I said, "I'm a snail and you're my shell." Then H. said, "you're the mommy snail and A. is the baby snail and I'm the other baby snail."
At this point, having a 7-year-old on my back was getting heavy so I stretched out and flattened out, keeping A. on my back. She flattened out to, as did H.
H. looked at me and said, "now we're a slug family!"
Only 7-year-olds would think playing slug would be a good game!

ahh, that's A&H for you! can i pleeeeaaase call them by their first names online?
